We prefer to work with Agents who:
- Care about their students "too much", making sure they are happy with their applications and are very prepared for life in Australia
- Very organized – Keep students up-to-date on progress of their applications, and follow-up with them at least every 3 months.
- Are Qualified Education Agent Councillors (QEAC)
ie: have an EATC certificate (Education Agent Training Course) &/or have their Diploma of International Education Services. - Don’t over-charge their students for services rendered
